We provide a ‘drop key’ service to maintain and prepare the property for your tenants’ arrival, from cleaning the bathrooms and making the beds to stocking the fridge according to their requests. Between rentals, we check and clean the property and take care of any maintenance issues.
- A bimonthly walk-through of the vacant property conducting full checks to ensure all systems air-conditioning, alarm, water, appliances, etc. are in good working order (recording visits for insurance purposes, this is an Israeli insurance requirement)
